Arsis was a Mogadorian who worked at Ashwood Estates, he is described as being a bigmouthed trueborn who was demoted from combat training to an assistant technician in the labs with Doctor Zakos where his main responsibility is to clean up and run errands for Zakos. He is very clumsy and makes mistakes but constantly complains when Zakos shouts at him for doing so.
When monitoring his chatter, Adamus discovers that Zakos has humans wired up to brain dredging machines and only one had survived.
