Convincio

Ok so, in one of the wikia page on legacies, it says that the Legacy Convincio was hinted in the Rise of Nine but, I dont see it anywhere in The Rise of Nine. Do any of you guys know if this legacy was mention in any of the books? If so, please give me some feedback.
